Bio

Carline Redden is an apparel design and product leader with deep expertise in performance outerwear, activewear, and lifestyle apparel. With a background spanning technical design, category development, and executive product leadership, she brings a comprehensive understanding of how to translate consumer needs and brand strategy into innovative, commercially relevant products.

Carline spent more than eight years at Under Armour, progressing from Technical Designer to Senior Designer across women’s outerwear, golf, run, train, lifestyle, sportstyle, and performance categories. This experience strengthened her ability to balance fit, function, technical construction, and aesthetic direction while designing for a wide range of active consumers.

She later joined Diamondback as Head of Apparel, where she helped build and lead the apparel business before advancing to VP of Design and Product. In that role, she guided design vision, product strategy, and cross-functional priorities across the organization. Carline’s combination of hands-on design expertise and senior leadership makes her especially effective at building thoughtful product assortments, strengthening teams, and turning ambitious ideas into cohesive, market-ready collections.
