A Shopify 3PL is a third-party logistics provider that connects to your Shopify store, receives your orders automatically, and picks, packs, and ships them from its own warehouse, sending tracking back to the store. At MakeMine every order runs through ShipHero with real-time Shopify sync, ships from our Charlotte, NC fulfillment center, and goes out with shipping billed at carrier cost.

A Shopify order at MakeMine goes from checkout to a tracking number in six steps, and ships the same day if it's placed before 12 pm EST.

   Tracked. Tracking goes back to Shopify automatically, so your customer gets the shipping notice from your store.

Your stock levels live in ShipHero and sync to Shopify in real time, so your store sells what is actually on our shelves.

Every unit we receive is scanned in against a packing list, and every order draws down the same count, so the stock level in your Shopify admin is the live warehouse number, not last week's. We also count your inventory on a set schedule and send you the numbers.

Shopify returns at MakeMine run through Loop or Redo: your customer starts the return from your store, and we inspect it against your returns policy when it reaches Charlotte.

On the customer's side, the return or exchange happens in the app, on your brand. On ours, the package is opened, each unit is checked against the standards you set, and it goes back on the shelf or gets set aside. A restocked unit is back in your sellable count. An exchange is a new order in your store, so it ships like any other, from the same stock.

Your orders ship in your packaging: branded mailers, boxes, inserts, and poly bags, supplied by your own vendor or sourced through our packaging partners for custom and stock boxes.

Packaging is billed at cost, like the shipping label. Anything we manufacture for you arrives already poly bagged and barcoded, so it goes straight from the shelf into your mailer.

Your Shopify store, your marketplaces, and your wholesale accounts all ship from one pool of inventory, so you don't split stock across warehouses to sell in more places.

Amazon, TikTok Shop, BigCommerce, NetSuite, Magento, and Walmart connect through ShipHero alongside Shopify. Retail and wholesale orders ship as case packs to each retailer's rules.

MakeMine fulfillment is for lifestyle and apparel brands doing steady DTC volume on Shopify, most often after a 3PL let them down.
