Golf ApparelManufacturing

We manage end-to-end production for premium performance and heritage golf apparel brands.

Who we produce for

Scaling performance brands

You've established a customer base. Now you need a partner who can develop custom performance fabrics, hold quality across 2,000+ unit runs, and negotiate payment terms that don't force you to overcommit cash. We've done this at scale for brands doing $2M–$20M in annual revenue, including clients that exhibit annually at the PGA Show.

Heritage brands relaunching or scaling

Legacy quality standards, country-specific sourcing, full collection breadth — polos, quarter-zips, outerwear, bottoms, accessories. When the brand story depends on how the product feels in hand, production can't be left to a matchmaker.

Founder-led startups

We partner with founders and designers from leading brands to help you grow. Get the fit, fabric, and feel of apparel that you only thought the big guys could achieve.

What golf apparel actually requires

Most manufacturers will tell you they make "premium" polos. Fewer can tell you why a 53/23/17/7 cotton/viscose/recycled poly/spandex blend hits the hand feel you want while still holding shape after 30 washes. Golf apparel has technical requirements that generic cut-and-sew factories are not equipped to meet:

Performance fabric engineering.

Four-way stretch technical knits, moisture management, UV-treated yarns, recycled content that doesn't feel recycled. Custom fabric development is our default, not our exception.

Stable collar construction

The single most-returned failure mode in golf polos. We spec interlining, stitch density, and collar stand construction to hold shape through a full season of wear and wash.

Decoration method selection

Sublimation, screen print, 3D silicone, flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, appliqué. The wrong choice ruins the garment. We match method to fabric and to the brand's premium positioning.

Factory-country fit

China for technical performance knits at scale. Peru for premium pima cotton polos and nearshore lead times. South Korea for high-end sublimation and technical rainwear. We route each style to the right factory, not just the cheapest one.

How a scaling golf brand works with us

Anonymized client snapshots

Premium performance brand — 2,500-unit monthly run rate, PGA Show exhibitor.

Custom four-fiber technical polo. We developed the fabric and negotiated pricing to reduce their landed cost by 15%.

Heritage golf brand — full collection relaunch, PGA Show exhibitor.

Polos, quarter-zips, outerwear, and accessories across multiple factories. China for technical outerwear. One point of contact for the founder.

Founder-led startup — first production run, no tech packs

Reference samples from a premium competitor. We reverse-engineered fit and fabric, developed samples in 18 days, and produced a 200-unit launch run across four colorways. The founder never spoke to a factory.

What it actually costs

Most sourcing agents and manufacturers build margin into the FOB cost and hope you don't ask. We publish a line-item breakdown on every quote. Here's what a 200-unit custom performance polo run typically looks like at one of our factories:

  • FOB cost per unit: production cost, laid out by style
  • Sample fees: charged at factory cost, typically $50-$100 per sample
  • Duties: calculated on FOB, not on a marked-up number
  • Shipping & logistics: air or ocean, with tracking and customs handled

The process

1. Submit tech packs or reference samples

Upload what you have. Reference samples work when tech packs don't exist.

2. Get matched with the right factory

China, Peru, or South Korea — routed by fabric, decoration, and volume requirements.

3. Review pricing, MOQs, and lead times

Line-item breakdown. No hidden fees. MOQs start at 100 units per style/color.

4. Approve fabric, fit, and golden samples

2-3 sample rounds standard. Lab testing optional.

5. Place your PO and track production

Inspections, logistics, and customs handled. Real-time status in one dashboard.

6. Scale

When a style takes off, we route to higher-capacity partners without breaking your supply chain.
