We manage end-to-end production for established performance and lifestyle activewear brands.
You've proven demand and you're running seasonal collections. Now you need a partner who can develop custom performance fabrics, hold quality across reorders, and quote pricing you can actually plan a margin around. We do this for brands running everything from training shorts and leggings to performance polos and technical outerwear — DTC labels with growing wholesale, brands expanding into new markets, and lines adding their first women's or kids' styles.
Most brands find us after their third factory. The fabric quality was fine but the lead times slipped. The samples never quite matched the tech pack. The communication fell apart across a twelve-hour time difference. If you've outgrown a cut-and-sew shop that can't handle technical construction — bonded seams, pocketed leggings, two-layer shorts, four-way-stretch knits — we route your styles to factories that specialize in exactly that work.
Most of our clients run lean — often fewer than 20 people, frequently one operator juggling production alongside finance and operations. We become the production team you don't have the headcount to hire. You delegate the factory management; you keep control of the brand.
Plenty of factories will tell you they make "performance" apparel. Fewer can hold four-way stretch recovery through a season of wash cycles, or explain why a given GSM and fiber blend will or won't hit the hand feel you're after. Activewear has technical requirements that generic cut-and-sew factories are not equipped to meet:
Four-way stretch technical knits, moisture-wicking and anti-odor finishes, compression and sculpting textiles, UPF-treated yarns, recycled content that doesn't feel recycled. Custom fabric development is our default, not our exception — and if you already source a specific mill's fabric, we can import it to the factory and produce against it.
Flatlock and coverstitch seams that lie flat against the body, reinforced stress points, bonded and laser-cut finishes. The construction is what separates activewear that survives 30 washes from activewear that returns. We spec stitch density and seam type to the fabric and the garment's intended use.
The single hardest part of technical activewear, and where most brands' samples fall apart. Our factories have in-house pattern makers — so you don't pay a US technical designer to make patterns the factory will redraw anyway. You bring a tech pack or a reference sample; the factory handles the pattern engineering.
Sublimation, screen print, puff and high-density print, reflective print, flat and 3D embroidery, appliqué, heat-applied branding. The wrong method on a stretch fabric cracks, peels, or kills the hand feel. We match method to fabric and to your price positioning.
China for technical performance knits, custom fabrics, and complex construction at workable volumes. Peru for premium pima cotton pieces and nearshore lead times. Honduras for woven programs at scale. South Korea for high-end sublimation. We route each style to the right factory — not just the cheapest one.
Performance brand switching from Portugal — running and training line. Great fabric, but lead times and communication had become unmanageable. We moved technical styles — two-layer shorts and pocketed leggings — to a China partner specializing in performance cut-and-sew, with an in-house pattern maker, and handled importing their existing Italian mill fabric.
Lifestyle brand scaling a wholesale program — matching sets and seasonal drops. Multiple styles across colorways, frequent reorders. One point of contact, real-time production status, consistent quality run to run.
Established brand launching a women's line — no proven fit. Reference samples from styles that sold, plus tech packs for the new women's silhouettes. We matched the brand with a technical designer, developed samples across three rounds, and produced the launch run. The founder never spoke to a factory.
Most sourcing agents build excessive margin into their price to cover overhead. We use technology to pass along our volume discounts, and we publish a line-item breakdown on every quote. Here's what a custom performance activewear run typically looks like at one of our factories:
We can quote FOB and break down duties and shipping separately, or bill DDP for simplicity — your call.
Upload what you have. Reference samples work when tech packs don't exist — they're also a useful second check on fit and fabric.
China, Peru, Honduras, or South Korea — routed by fabric, construction, decoration, and volume requirements.
Line-item breakdown. No hidden fees. MOQs start at 100 units per style/color.
2–3 sample rounds standard, roughly 30 days per round. Lab testing optional.
Inspections, logistics, and customs handled. Real-time status in one dashboard — no 2 A.M. messages, no language gaps.
When a style takes off, we route to higher-capacity partners without breaking your supply chain.
