Lingerie & Intimate Apparel Manufacturing

We manage end-to-end production for scaling bra, underwear, shapewear, and loungewear brands.

Who we produce for

Scaling intimates brands

You've proven the product and built a customer base. Now you need a partner who can source consistent fabric and elastic, hold fit across thousands of units, and negotiate payment terms that don't force you to overcommit cash. We do this for intimates brands across bras, underwear, and shapewear — managing repeat essentials programs that run into the tens of thousands of units a year.

Heritage and technical intimates brands

Graded bra fit across a full size range, engineered support, country-specific sourcing, full collection breadth — bras, briefs, bodysuits, shapewear, loungewear. When the product is judged on how it fits and how it lasts, production can't be left to a matchmaker.

Founder-led startups

We partner with founders and designers from leading brands to help you grow. Get the fit, fabric, and feel of intimate apparel that you only thought the big guys could achieve — without high-volume minimums or a factory you can't reach.

What intimate apparel actually requires

Most manufacturers will tell you they make "premium" bras and underwear. Fewer can tell you why a clean flatlock seam is the single hardest thing to get right on a bra top, or why the wrong elastic turns a comfortable band into a return. Intimate apparel has technical requirements that generic cut-and-sew factories are not equipped to meet:

Seam and stitch construction

Flatlock seams, picot edges, bonded and seamless finishes — the construction details that decide whether a garment is comfortable against skin or unwearable. This is a genuine skill bottleneck, and not every factory has the trained workforce to do it well at volume. We route this work to factories that do.

Fabric, elastic, and trim sourcing

Lace, mesh, power mesh, microfiber, modal, recycled and bonded fabrics — paired with the right elastics, hook-and-eye closures, rings, and sliders. In intimates, the trims matter as much as the fabric. Custom sourcing is our default, not our exception.

Fit and grading

Bra fit lives or dies on the band, the cup, and the grade across sizes. We support reference-sample-led development and work with factories that keep a skilled in-house pattern maker, so fit holds from your smallest size to your largest.

Factory-country fit

China for technical knits, complex bra construction, and the deepest fabric and trim markets. Vietnam for strong cut-and-sew at competitive cost. We route each style to the factory best suited to your product and target cost — and where it makes sense as you scale, we explore nearshore options to shorten lead times.

How a scaling intimates brand works with us

Anonymized client snapshots

Essentials intimates brand — high-volume bra and underwear program. A repeat essentials program running tens of thousands of units a year across a small set of styles. We manage fabric and elastic sourcing, coordinate inspections, and keep production on a regular monthly cadence.

Founder-led brand relaunching production — burned by a previous factory. The brand had switched factories repeatedly and received a pre-production sample built wrong. We stepped in, took over factory communication, used a reference sample to reduce sample rounds, and gave the founder one point of contact instead of 2 A.M. messages.

Early-stage startup — first production run, tech packs in development. We connected the founder with a designer partner for tech packs, sourced fabric and trims, and developed first samples toward a launch run at a 100-unit-per-colorway minimum. The founder never had to manage a factory.

What it actually costs

Most sourcing agents build excessive margin into their price to cover overhead. We use technology to pass along our volume discounts. We publish a line-item breakdown on every quote. Here's what an intimates production run typically looks like:

  • FOB cost per unit: production cost, laid out by style
  • Development: fabric and trim sourcing plus your first round of prototype samples, charged as a transparent development fee
  • Sample fees: subsequent rounds charged at factory cost, typically around $50–$60 per style
  • Duties: calculated on FOB, not on a marked-up number
  • Shipping & logistics: air or ocean, with tracking and customs handled

For brands producing meaningful annual volume, there are no additional management fees — just our standard cost. For early-stage brands, we'll talk through development costs upfront so there are no surprises.

Two ways to work with us

Use our factory network. We partner with a small number of vetted factories, which makes us their largest customer and earns heavy volume discounts. We pass those through and add a small, transparent margin. Pricing comes close to working directly with a factory — without you managing one.

Hand us your existing factory. Already have a factory you like but no time to manage it? We take over the relationship for a flat monthly fee. Think of it as cheaper than hiring an in-house production manager.

The process

1. Submit tech packs or reference samples

Upload what you have. A reference sample of a product you already produce works when tech packs don't exist — and reduces the number of sample rounds.

2. Get matched with the right factory

Asia or Latin America — routed by construction, fabric, trim, and volume requirements.

3. Review pricing, MOQs, and lead times

Line-item breakdown. No hidden fees. MOQs start at 100 units per style/color.

4. Approve fabric, fit, and golden samples

Fabric and trim swatches first, then 2–3 prototype rounds standard. Lab testing optional.

5. Place your PO and track production

Inspections, logistics, and customs handled. Real-time status in one dashboard.

6. Scale

When a style takes off, we route to higher-capacity partners without breaking your supply chain.
