Her work focuses on functional, athlete-informed design that blends style, utility, and sustainability. As the founder of Studio M, she partners with brands to deliver future-focused product solutions that balance athlete insight, style, and performance. Meg leads the design process from concept through development, helping brands create high-performing collections that connect with consumers and drive growth. Previously, she served as a Senior Apparel Designer at NOBULL and held senior roles at Nike, where she led design for the WNBA and helped launch the global Swoosh Fly collection.
