Meg McCullough is an activewear designer with over 10 years of experience specializing in women's sport and performance apparel. Her work focuses on functional, athlete-informed design that blends style, utility, and sustainability. As the founder of Studio M, she partners with brands to deliver future-focused product solutions that balance athlete insight, style, and performance. Meg leads the design process from concept through development, helping brands create high-performing collections that connect with consumers and drive growth. Previously, she served as a Senior Apparel Designer at NOBULL and held senior roles at Nike, where she led design for the WNBA and helped launch the global Swoosh Fly collection. Committed to craftsmanship, collaboration, and empowering women through sport, Meg brings creative vision and strategic thinking to every project she leads.
