As a Freelance Design Consultant at FLEURETTE/MYCRA PAC, he collaborates with creative directors on design development and illustration for luxury outerwear brands, bringing brand visions to life through strategic creative processes. Michael leads the design process from concept through production, helping brands create contemporary collections that align with market trends and global appeal. Previously, he served as a Senior Designer at Eileen Fisher for nearly 12 years, where he led women's woven sportswear collections and traveled to Europe for design research, and held senior design roles at iconic brands including Anne Klein, Express, and Ellen Tracy, where he directed teams and launched successful secondary collections.
