Underwear is a replenishment business. MakeMine runs the program: we source fabric and trims, manage sampling and fit development, negotiate pricing, schedule inspections, and track freight through delivery. All fabrics can be developed to your spec with OEKO-TEX certified mills, custom-dyed to your palette, and tested for shrinkage, stretch recovery, and colorfastness before production.
Fit is why customers keep or return underwear, and why they reorder. Every program includes pattern and fit development, graded size runs, wear testing on request, and golden-sample matching so your fifth PO fits exactly like your first. We build shrinkage allowances into patterns so garments hold their fit after washing, not just out of the bag.
Most underwear factories make underwear and nothing else. We run full-package (FPP/OEM) underwear programs from fabric sourcing through finished, labeled, packed garments: custom jacquard waistbands, printed labels or tagless heat transfers, hangtags, polybags, and retail-ready packaging.
Every program includes fit sampling, pre-production approvals, and in-line and final inspections against approved samples. Elastic tension, seam strength, and measurements are checked against spec on every run.
