# MakeMine

> MakeMine is a managed apparel production and 3PL fulfillment partner for founder-led lifestyle consumer goods brands. We coordinate the full production process — sourcing, sampling, factory management, quality control, importing, and warehousing — across a vetted factory network in China, Vietnam, South Korea, Honduras, Peru, and the United States. Brands work with one team and one platform instead of stitching together agents, freelancers, and freight forwarders.

We focus on apparel and softgoods brands in roughly the $1M–$10M revenue range, typically DTC-primary with small teams (4–12 people). Our work covers activewear, athleisure, golf apparel, knitwear, lingerie, menswear, womenswear, outerwear, outdoor apparel, sportswear, streetwear, swimwear, sunglasses, childrenswear, and workwear.

What makes MakeMine different from a sourcing agent or a freelance production manager:
- **Curated factory relationships.** Every factory in our network has been vetted in person, holds WRAP or BSCI certification, and has a known performance history.
- **End-to-end production management.** We handle factory communication, sampling, fabric and trim sourcing, QC, lab testing, customs, and logistics on the brand's behalf.
- **Full pricing transparency.** Quotes are line-item: FOB cost, sample fees at factory cost, duties calculated on FOB (not marked up), and shipping with tracking.
- **Integrated technology.** A platform for brands to track POs, approve samples, see line status, and run landed cost estimates.
- **No retainers.** Brands pay only when they produce. Quotes and platform access are free.
